Add silence buttons

Adds two buttons that allow users to silence half or all of the class, that is, that forces half or all students in class to return to the "Idle" action.

Only non-idle students are targeted to avoid the hash function "silencing" only idle students. Thus, repeated use of the 1/2 button will half the remaining disturbances in class at every press.
