Clash at linking with multiple definitions for fuction wait

While working on the demonstration driver package for the last VERSECLOUD consortia meeting on the 3rd of September 2024, I noticed that OSL4 fails to compile with the current (28th of August 2024) ham sync of the L4Re packages.
This issue came up while fixing Issue #2 (closed) and stems (probably) from a race condition while linking.

To fix this issue the following change must be made at runtime/ocamlrun/Makefile#L18:

lib_be_sig -> lib_be_sig_noop
