make Feedback for Dossier usable

When you feedback a written Dossier of another group, you need to see the whole Text to get the context of a category. Every category CAN be feedbacked under the Dossier (you don't HAVE TO feedback). Which results in these steps:

• see the whole Dossier while feedbacking
• underline / color / enlarge the text fitting into the category, that is feedbacked
• feedback need to be given in an extra box below the dossier-text I recommend a new webpage to take care of this issue. You should not try to reuse "unstructured-Annotation.jsp" again, as I did earlier for multiple szenarios =)
• implement viewing of the feedback
