Refactor Annoation Webapp folder
Files in the annotation webapp folder are used multiple times. For example upload-unstructed-dossier.jsp is used for e-Portfolio-entries.
Also we have multiple api clients for the contribution/fullSubmission stuff. I think a merge would be good, to get an overview of all functions and kill multiple function definitions in multiple js files.
